Improvyze is a records digitization firm. We are a Pennsylvania LLC founded in 2017 and now based in Northwest Arkansas. We have digitized more than 100 million records across 150+ projects for colleges, government agencies and B2B organizations.

A call
We start with a conversation about what you have, what you need, who needs access to the results and the deadlines you are working against.

Evaluation
We take inventory on site or remotely: media types, condition, retention requirements and naming conventions. You get a written scope with success criteria, roles and a timeline. This is where the consulting happens.

The work
Boxes are collected under chain of custody, and you approve sample scans before production begins. Production scanning is followed by a 100% quality check. Files are delivered through ShareFile, and your originals are returned or destroyed. If you want it, we add an AI layer on top of the repository.

Security
Security is the whole point.
We handle records for organizations that cannot afford to lose a file, so protection is built into every step, from pickup to final return or destruction.
- Controlled-access facility
The location is not published, for records security. Clients never need to visit. Meetings are online or at your site.
- Background-checked staff
Everyone who handles your records is background-checked and has signed an NDA.
- Surveillance and alarms
Alarm systems with 24/7 police and fire response, plus camera coverage of entry points.
- Encryption in transit and at rest
Files move over SFTP, HTTPS or VPN and are encrypted when stored.
- Chain-of-custody receipts
Every box is barcoded and documented from intake to final disposition.
- Destruction affidavits
When originals are destroyed, you can request an affidavit that confirms it.
